Anita Uscinski, RDH, BS, Orofacial Myologist
After stepping foot into Dazzling Dentistry, at an early age of 16, patient care quickly became my passion. Growing up with dentistry I have learned the value of both health and wellness. My years of advanced training have prepared me in identifying the root cause of oral problems. I continuously strive to look for solutions, and after years of experience in dental hygiene, I have stepped into a new and ever so evolving health care modality of myofunctional therapy. It is my goal and mission to help patients improve their health in four crucial aspects: nasal breathing, proper tongue posture, correct swallowing pattern, and lip seal.
Most myofunctional disorders start at an early age, which alter the normal growth and development of the jaw, face, and surrounding structures. Still for others these disorders can manifest at a later age and lead to common issues such as sleep apnea, snoring, waking at night, grinding , problems with swallowing and facial muscle tension. Without guided therapy for proper tongue posture, people can have the above issues surface.
As a myofunctional therapist I am committed to being the best patient advocate. I strongly believe in interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration. Myofunctional therapy complements Dr. Radziszewski’s work on Complete Dentistry. We provide CBCT scans and detailed radiology reports to view the mouth and surrounding structures to view the airway, tonsils, adenoids, sinuses and surrounding structures. On a case by case basis, some patients may also require referral to appropriate specialists such as ENTs (Ear Nose Throat doctors), orthodontists, dentists, allergists, etc. By tailoring to each patient’s needs and actively working with other medical professionals, together we can take your oral function to an optimum health.
My other roles at Dazzling Dentistry include overseeing the hygiene department, training new employees, coordinating treatment plans and improving the services we provide to our patients.
In my free time I love to spend time outdoors with my husband, two kids- Adela and Antoni and friends and family. I enjoy dancing, cooking and traveling.

Danuta Komorowski, R.D.H., B.S.
Hello Everyone,
My name is Danuta (Donna) Komorowski and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dazzling Dentistry. I joined the Dazzling Team in 2018. I began my dental career as a dental assistant when I started high school and maintained that position with the same office throughout college and hygiene school. There was no doubt in my mind, dental profession was my passion. I graduated from UIC with bachelor degree in Biological Sciences in 2004 and went on to Prairie State College where I received my Dental Hygiene Degree in 2007.
My priorities as a dental health provider is to make sure that all patients receive the best quality treatment, which includes professional, friendly and clean environment; painless procedures; top of the line equipment and products. I love to help patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. Here at Dazzling Dentistry we place a huge emphasis on continuing education, improving our skills to serve our patients better and we also share this knowledge with our patients so they can improve their health. In our office we welcome children with open arms and it gives me great joy and excitement to care for our youngest patients.
I’m married. We have two wonderful boys, Adam and Michael. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, read and work out.

My name is Elwira Byjos and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dazzling Dentistry. I have been working in the dental field since 2003, starting out as a dental assistant before furthering my education in Dental Hygiene. While working as a dental assistant I realized how passionate I am about the dental field and especially Dental Hygiene. I graduated from a Dental Hygienie program in 2011. My relationship with Dazzling Dentistry started in 2012; I have permanently joined the Dazzling Team in 2022.
I am dedicated to delivering quality dental care in a comfortable environment and treat my patients with uttermost care and individualized attention. My goal is to help create healthy, beautiful smiles through prevention, patient education and gentle treatment. I believe a smile is our most important asset and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your best oral health. Here at Dazzling Dentistry, we are committed to life-long learning and attend numerous dental continuing courses throughout the year. I am Ewa Leszczynski, the Business Manager at Dazzling Dentistry. My journey with Dazzling Dentistry started in 2009. I hold a Business Administration Degree from Lewis University.
In my role, I have the opportunity to meet and assist a diverse range of people, helping them maximize their insurance benefits and providing comfortable financial options. It brings me great joy to help patients afford exclusive treatments they thought were out of reach. The work is challenging, but I thrive on the unpredictability it brings. Hello, my name is Iwona Koszalka and I am a Business Assistant at Dazzling Dentistry. My position allows me to greet the patient, schedule appointments and assist patients with any financial questions they may have. I started working at Dazzling Dentistry in 2011 as a Dental Assistant. Being cross trained and having the knowledge of a Dental Assistant puts me in a unique position to provide patients with the best care, whether it be answering clinical questions or explaining the process and steps of treatment. At Dazzling Dentistry we truly care about our patients and we make every effort to do all that we can to provide them with the best care.
In addition to superb treatment, we educate our patients and provide them with tools so that they can maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. The field of dentistry is frequently changing so there are always new products and new procedures to learn about. This can make the career challenging but gives us the opportunity to continuously educate and advance ourselves. When I am not working, I spend most of my time with my family and friends. I was born in Poland and arrived in the United Stated in 1996. Shortly after, I attended dental assisting school. I have been a dental assistant for Dr. Radziszewski for over 20 years now, even before the opening of Dazzling Dentistry. I am married with two children and love spending time with them as much as possible!

Hi Everyone! My name is Lidia and I have been working at Dazzling Dentistry since 2022.
I started as a Dental and Business Assistant, and quickly fell in love with dentistry and our patients. I knew I wanted to be more invested in our patient care, and have since been given the wonderful opportunity of becoming Dazzling Dentistry’s Clinical Manager. In my position I have the pleasure of explaining and guiding patients through different treatment options we offer, and create customized plans that are best suited for each individual. I love being a problem solver and make it a priority to ensure patients are comfortable and fully aware of the treatment they are undergoing. The most gratifying part of my job is being able to share my knowledge of dentistry with patients who have been neglected by previous providers.
In my free time I enjoy going for walks outside, working out, and cooking. I am involved in my church choir and play on the piano and alto saxophone. I am an avid traveler and have a personal goal of visiting each country before I die. I also am a huge fan of trivia and enjoy playing board games with my friends and family. I love our Team and am truly blessed to work with such a wonderful group of women. I hope to see many new faces at Dazzling Dentistry.
